We are expanding our presence in the Caribbean and beyond, including hotels in Europe and the Americas, and introducing the FAMILY LEVEL, an exclusive membership level that offers greater rewards and flexibility.

As part of this new partnership, members will now be able to earn and redeem Rewards Points for stays, upgrades, dining, and luxury extras at all our brands, such as Bless, Only You, Hard Rock and Ushuaia. As part of our exclusive benefits, our members can access and maintain the FAMILY level simply by having an active Palladium Travel Club membership.

The FAMILY LEVEL provides a series of unique advantages, such as exclusive promotions, the ability to earn even more points through bookings, except for reservations made through the use of Palladium nights, dining and spa services, and redemption options for flexible stays.

This benefit is available to those who purchase a new membership or upgrade an existing membership starting April 1, 2025.
